Fila Phil's 2nd album "Da Hustla Returns" is what got me into rap music! I was asked by a then good friend to recover his CDs from his cousin, so I picked them up and throw what I then called ("Rap-Crap") into the CD changer and I fell in love with the energy that was coming off "Da Hustla Returns". Great music, I actually own both the 1994 and 1996 CDs (Original). Incidently, my then friend needed me to recover his CDs because he had been thrown into Juvi for, YOU GUEESED IT, Kickin' in doors! I imagine he took Fila Phil's music literally. lol

FILA PHIL IS ONE OF THE BEST RAPPERS UNSIGN IN NEW ORLEANS . I CANT WAIT TO HE DROP ANOTHER ALBUM. HE TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH ABOUT THE N.O. 9TH WARD . WORD ON THE STREETS HES STILL PUTING IT DOWN FOR THE REAL SOULJAS . HE IS A LEGEND LIKE SOULJA SLIM.

wher my hustlas at?.......2004-03-05

This is a bounce cd the came out in the early 90's and was a hit with because of the song where my hutlas at? The rest of the cd isntt to bad.He has a flow which is a singing and rapping style that sounds like nelly. "were my huslas at?"s the only reason i brought the cd. That song is super crunk. Down load it off the internet or somthing. You have to hear it. Also the cd is about 7 or 8 songs, it could of been longer and some of the songs sound a lil dated now.

Looking for D.J. MOE LOVE to give you that old ULTRAMAGNETIC feeling,guess again. Now,writing this review again (somehow got erased). D.J. MOE LOVE doesn't get help from KOOL KEITH,CED-GEE and never again T.R. LOVE. He goes with outsiders,probably from his Brooklyn Fort Greene Projects neighborhood.

Released on KUTMASTA KURT's Threshold Recordings,this EP is not bad,production wise. All songs are clean (to be gangsta) but the good thing is D.J. MOE LOVE has instrumentals for 4 out of 5 songs here. So if you ain't down with the gangsta,the music and production works well. "More Of The Raw" and "Talk Of The Town" are great selections. All the instrumental tracks make this worth listening to (for a while).
