"CHEEKY BLAKK" is from New Orleans and was one if not the first female rap artist down here. Also featuring "Ms. Tee" who is well known who got started with "CASH MONEY RECORDS" ,YEP that's right,and cheeky even dated the legend "PIMP DADDY" who was the best rapper in alot of peoples minds on "CASH MONEY RECORDS" but his life was cut short from a gun shot R.I.P. PIMP DADDY.If U Like New Orleans RAP U BETTA get DIS....PEACE
