Better than it's predecessor (soundtrack, not movie), `2 Fast 2 Furious' delivers on almost every track. Ludacris is a much better rapper than Ja Rule and so his two tracks are welcomed with open arms. Chingy, Luda's little prodigy, turns in a hit with `Gettin' It' and Joe Budden turns out a great little ditty with `Pump it Up' (actually played in the movie if you believe that one!) My favorite track here though is `Hell Yeah' by Dead Prez. It's just original and unexpected. Expect great tracks by Tyrese, Fat Joe & Trick Daddy not to mention a slew of other talented rappers. You may not love every song here, but you're bound to like quite a few.

THE MOVIE WAS PRETTY GOOD, SO I BOUGHT THE SOUNDTRACK. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. IF YOU LIKE RAP YOU'LL LIKE THIS CD, BUT IF YOU HATE IT, DON'T BOTHER.

it is very hard to find good clean music for teens, but by having this as a clean version they can listen to the music they want with the supervision I need.

this cd is awesome! the song act a fool by ludacris is my favorite on here. this is better than the fast and the furious soundtrack. they have made the sequel(cd and movie) much better!!

2 Fast 2 Furious .......2005-07-20
The "2 Fast 2 Furious Soundtrack" (2003) served its purpose well for the movie. Executive producers: John Singeleton, Neal Moritz, Chaka Zulu and co-producers Ludacris, Jeff Dixon and Tiny Davis crafted the music around the movie. Ludacris "Act A Fool" starts this release off on a strong note, Luda rhymes well over a standout track that bumps. A couple of average/weak tracks follow, and then the next standout for me is 8 Ball's "Hands In The Air". Joe Budden's breakthrough hit "Pump It Up" follows, then Dead Prez rip things up on their RBG single "Hell Yeah". Lil Flip delivers a good cruising cut on the Anthony Sears produced "Rollin' On 20's", feeling the simple but effective beat to this track. The last three tracks have Miama artists/themes, Dirtbag, Pit Bull and K'Jon- not really feeling any of them. Canadian Rapper Saukrates closes off the soundtrack's bonus track with "Comin Up", with a track, which slowly builds up and was worth adding to this release. "2 Fast 2 Furious" is a decent soundtrack (as far as soundtrack's go), like the movie though it is not memorable.
