i like it because it is good, raw hip hop. this is the type of hip hop in which i grab my headphones and just chill. like one reviewer said, this is for hip hop headz, TRUE HIP HOP HEADZ, only. IF ONLY there post HOLD IT DOWN stuff would've sounded like this........along with DEAD SERIOUS.

This is one of my all time favorites. Grimy production and great lyrics highlight this overlooked release. A definite classic.

Lots & lots of energy charged straight from the sewa' giving you a hip hop essential. Street stories, battle raps, charisma, you name it. This is a BOOM BAP lp to put it simple.

Yeah it is better, even though 'dead serious' is a dope album this is just better, released in 93, dre and skoob make another sick album. the beats are by pmd and sound a bit like the beats on redman's 'whut thee album' the standout tracks are 'undeground rappa' 'kaught in da ak' 'krazy with the books' 'check it out' buy it now
