This CD is jus the hotest thing to hit the streets. Gotti kept it real on this CD. After hearing Gotti on this CD you will go and buy all his music. Just hearing the hit song was a thrill you will love this cd. YOu can play every track of this CD with out skipping one. To anyone with the bump in the trunk and you need some to wang. Get this CD. The bass alone will turn heads. The lyrics will just leave a mark in your head. Gotti is the best thing to come out of memphs in a long time as far as music.

THIS ALBUM IS COO. I LIKED IT. FOR ANYONE WHO LIKES DJ SCREW THIS IS THE NEXT GENERATION. GET IT!
i-20's impressive.......2005-09-09
i totally agree with earl. why are people hating on this album? oh because it wasn't played on z100 for all the teenie boppers like a p diddy or nelly would. that's gotta be the main reason. seriously man listen to his lyrics. the man's got skills. when i first heard him i thought he wasn't that great but this album was a big turnaround. he's got punchlines for days. "break bread" and "fightin in the club", the singles, are awesome. they really get it crunk. i agree that the beats aren't great but some do really well like "point em out" feat juvenile. that song is bumpin. at first it sounds like something outta the 80's, then it turns into a real club type or strip club type of song. thankfully, juvenile didn't get a verse. now HE'S the definition of an aweful rapper. "so decatur" is hot once u get into it. i like to hear shawnna rappin in "slow f'n" cuz she's quite sexy. i think he shoulda scrapped the chorus lines provided by devin the dude and butch cassidy. they don't fit his style. but all in all i thought this album was hot. considering i bought it for $1.99 i definately got the better end of the deal. so check it out and listen to a REAL lyricist named i-20!
DON'T HATE!!.......2005-08-08
I DON'T KNOW WHY ALL PEOPLE HATE THIS ALBUM? I THINK THIS ALBUM IS COOL BEACAUSE I-20 HAS RAP SKILLS AND HE HAS A DEEP VOICE.THIS ALBUM IS COOL IT HAS SOME APEARANCES BY LUDACRIS,SHAWNNA,BONE CRUSHER,AND MANY MORE!! DON'T HATE APRICIATE THIS REVIEW IS FROM THE HATERS OF I-20.I CAN'T WAIT FOR HIS SECOND ALBUM TO COME OUT CAUSE DTP MAKES A GOOD ALBUM.SO BUY THIS ALBUM AND DON'T HATE!!
Mediocre first Effort from I-20.......2005-07-14
I enjoyed hearing I-20 on Luda's cut Move B. I'm a sucker for deep voices. I-20's first solo effort is just mediocre. Considering he had Luda behind him I guess I was expecting the album to be a lot better. There are some good songs on the CD I do enjoy. I usually skip the skits, but there is a Phone skit was pretty funny. Fighting in the club has a tight beat and everyone delivers on this cut. Break Bread is one of those songs I put on repeat and simply jam to it. Kisha is a deep song about a teenage girl growing up in the hood. OG Anthem has a nice little groove to bob your head too. I wanted to know who the person was singing on a couple of his cuts. She has a nice voice. Then there are some songs that are a waste of CD space, like Hennessey and Hydro, So Decatur, and Hey Shawty. I just have to know how many songs can be created about drinking. Guess you have to be a drinker to really appreciate those types of songs. The album is simply okay.

Uh - seriously, can you go away?.......2005-06-18
Okay, so now you're on two hit songs. Well done, I-20. But that doesn't mean you should be a hit yourself. To all the people that went out and bought this, I'm sorry but I really can't see why.
You can be a talented rapper. Get an interesting voice with lots of expression, put in some good backings and you've got no problems. But I-20 fails here on both counts. Does anyone else think that he's got the most annoying voice? That low drone is just a complete turn off and he doesn't even bother to vary his voice. Maybe a good beat could have saved him, but there's no salvation here, either.
In fact, the key tracks are the ones where he collaborates with someone else and lets them have the centre of attention, only because we don't have to hear his voice - this makes Backstage & Hey Shawty bearable. But, really, I-20 should take a good look at himself before he decides to make another album. Feature on other people's songs, sure, then you can still be a star. But at least then we won't have to listen to fifty mintues of you.
