Customer Reviews:
A Decent Compilation.......2000-07-05
I'll admit that a major factor in my purchase of this compilation was Ice Cube's "It Was a Good Day". The length of this album is a slight turnoff because by my estimate there are only about 5 quality tracks. Although I didn't mind, the songs sound very dated and in some cases were simply one hit wonders. The Eazy-E song is average and the JT the Bigga Figga track was one of the better ones on the disc. The OGC and Ras Kass contributions were not stellar but were both interesting and provided some variety on this heavily West Coast influenced offering from Priority. Overall this volume of Rapmasters is comprised of about 5 good selections while the rest are either simply tolerable or just plain boring.
