3 out of 5 stars Myzery is tight, but this isnt his best work..........2003-11-23

aight, myzery has mad skill, but this is not his best cd to date.. if you want the best cd he made you need to find "the red eye" good luck tho cuz its so freakin rare. this album is good and i would recommend it to anyone into horrorcore or spanish rap. you can see hie new york style coming out on his rhymes on this cd. picture scarface meets wu tang and you go this album. its fresh but i would not pay over $25 for it. these people got you tryin to pay in reaches of $80 for this when you can go to ebay and get it for less. if you like icp you may like this but its not in icp style... the only song they are featured on is witching hour and thats nothing like the other tracks. if you can find tracks from his red eye lp than you are set and dont need this one.

4 out of 5 stars For Tha Island!.......2002-10-22

This CD is pretty good. I dig Psychopathic and their rappers, but this is completely different than ICP or Esham or any of the other artists. I like his different hispanic style rap because it is very unique and different from the normal horrorcore rap on his ex-label. The CD has 5 tracks, starting off with "Para La Isla", a spanglish song which in my opinion isn't the best, which is why I gave the album 4 stars instead of 5. The next track is "Stimulated Dome", which has a softer, awesome beat and dope lyrics. If you enjoy smoking marijuana, this is your song.
"Stack It Up", the third track, is also awesome, produced by Violent J and Mike E. Clark. It has a more ICP feel to it but its definitely awesome, Myzery's flows are mind-blowing if you really listen to them.
The fourth, "If I Ever Die", reminds me of a theme song from a movie or something. Its one of the best songs on the album, and is also featured on 'Hatchet History: Ten Years of Terror', featuring classics from all Psychopathic artists.
And the final track, "Witching Hour", is featuring Insane Clown Posse(ICP) and has a BIG ICP feel to it but its definitely the best track on the album, about a guy who thought he was untouchable and ends up dead. Its a track that makes you think about life and your choices. This CD is all in all a great CD, too bad its his only album to date. I definitely recommend this album to hispanic/stoner rap fans. If you can find his independently released albums, 4 facez, The Red Eye and Bad Influence, pick them up or at least download them. All of his albumz have been the atom bomb.

5 out of 5 stars Myzery's Debut To The World..........2002-06-24

This album is one of the best Mexican-American hip-hop albums to be released. It has great lyricism and dope beats from none other than Mike E. Clark.

Myzery is one skilled rapper, it's just too bad that ICP had to ruin his image. Myzery being associated with them made people not want to give him a chance. Myzery finally left Psychopathic Records for that reason and for the fact that he realized since Juggalos are so brainwashed; they only liked Myzery cause he was homies with ICP.

"Para La Isla" is one dope album though, the only flaw I can seem to find on it is the fact that ICP ruined the track "The Witching Hour". Other than that, every track is great; I just wish it wasn't so short. My favorite tracks are "Para La Isla", "Stimulated Dome", "Stack It Up", "If I Ever Die", and Myzery's verse only on "The Witching Hour".

Myzery came back with another album after this that was only sold at The Gathering Of The Juggalos and limited to 2000 copies titled "The 4 Faces Of Myzery". If you hear the track "Piece By Piece," you'll notice some very interesting stuff.

Back when Myzery was still in the recording process of his 2nd album and still signed to Psychopathic, ICP wanted him to take a more Psychopathic approach with it. So he did, he recorded the track "Piece By Piece," which is about how Myzery cuts up women so he can sew them all together and make his dream girl. You'll also notice the beat to "Hound Dogs" is the beat used for the song.

Anyways, when Myzery left, ICP took the beat and gave it to Twiztid without crediting Myzery for producing it. Then they took his "Piece By Piece" song and re-wrote their own version with the same theme; you might know it, it's called "Mad Professor," from the AJB album.

Then at the Gathering 2001, Myzery compiled the un-released songs and released them independently. It's not on any label at all and there's no tracklisting. Like I said, only 2000 copies were made and they sold like hot cakes. As the quantity got smaller, the prices got higher. I heard someone ended up paying 90 bucks for Myzery's last copy he had.

After the 2nd night of the Gathering; a fight broke out between Myzery, Twiztid, and Blaze. Twiztid and Blaze got beat up and Blaze got his clock jacked by one of Myzery's boys. Myzery left for New York that night and to my knowledge hasn't conversed with the Psychopathic camp since.

I guess Myzery's planning on releasing an album this year called "No More Pain". I'm not sure as to what it's release date is.

4 out of 5 stars Myzery.......2001-06-18

Uhhh, this CD was released on Psychopathic Records, so obviously it'll be reviewed good by juggalos. But otherwise, it's not a bad CD. It's got sweet beats and he raps awesomely in Spanglish (mixing english and spanish). Pick it up if you want somethin' new and fresh.
