I first learned of G-wiz my freshman year in college. Loved their Teddy Bear song. Bought it on tape single and played it almost every single day. I don't remember them getting any kind of positive recognition. Their music was just fun music. You didn't expect to gain any 'knowledge' from them. Anyway, I'm glad that I was able to track down this cd. It's still entertaining for me.

POSSIBLY... A strange and terrible -and oddly familiar- force is threatening all the crews of any Starship called Enterprising. Let's just say this force has "turned off the safety protocols".

Comedian WEIRD Wally imitates everything on this CD, from the voices of Craptain Jirk and Craptain Jean Luc Pecan Head, to Snotty, Dr. Decoy, The Holo-retentive Doctor, even "Yodix" and HEL9000. You should hear his "Mister Zulu laugh"! He also imitates the sound effects and music- "A Cappella" (with his own voice) in this twisted spoof of Star Trek.

"Trak" deals with the hidden connections between the old show and the latest spin-offs, and on the way pokes fun at time travel, the "Nexus" and other lame plot devices, Science Fiction History, even AOL and Y2K.

"Trak" comes in two versions. This version, rated "NB" for "Naughty Bits", contains the full brunt of WEIRD Wally's sick and twisted sense of humor. It is recommended only for those infantile types who find humor in hearing how Vulcanians go wee wee, or learning about Mister Snott's "special relationship" to his engines.

If, however, you'd like to protect your delicate virgin ears... or perhaps know a youngster who'd like a copy, there's also the "Woosie" version of Space Trak, also available through amazon.com. The "Woosie" version is FCC safe, polite, and wont hurt children or small animals. It is, however, almost as funny!

You will stare at your CD player in disbelief at the cool lines Weird Wally comes up with, not only from Star Trek characters but also a hint of Back to the Future and Dave the 2001 computer. Wally does some great impressions to make fun of the subtle habits of your favorite Trek stars. Wally does a great holographic doctor - you'll think HE'S a medical emergency!

An excellent and very funny CD mixing characters from every incarnation of a well known science fiction television and movie franchise(along with many other familiar characters from Wally's web site). Please can we have another volume?

Im not a fan of Star Trek myself, but the Space Trak album is extremely funny... The impersonations sound exactly like the real stars...
