Enjoyable New Age & Jazz!!.......2005-04-16

During my vacation to the Southwest in 2005, I was listening to the music on the plane and the song, "Windy Sky" came on. I remember the song from my days in San Francisco listening to KKSF and didn't know who played it. I went to the "TED" Airlines website and saw it was Fowler & Branca. I decided to purchase the CD and check it out. I was pretty impressed with the recording. Along with the track "Windy Sky" the title track was also great. There's only one track I didn't much care for ("On a Chestnut Horse" I found to be boring.) but the majority of songs are very good to listen to. This is a wonderful CD that will remind you of a trip to the Southwest United States. It's enjoyable New Age & Jazz music!

I am a "jazz" fan and came across this album by total accident on Amazon
Comparable to George Winston, or maybe "the piano lesson" sound track but yet remains original.
The only problem with Zampino? Doesn't have the stoplight on him yet.. but thats just a matter of time!
A must have!

I enjoy listening to George Winston. Adam Zampino has similar qualities. No regrets buying this CD!!

freestyle=very good album.......2006-02-24

how this album flew under the radar I have no idea...I do know that battle axe has some nice talent, and they also seem to have no street team for anyone other than swollen members...however...the arsonists' freestyle really does steal the show on his first solo gig...the production in razor sharp and the flows are on point as well...the sound throughout the album has a primo/kanye sound, which works very well with freestyle's delivery...anyways, if you are reading this, and like good hiphop that nobody knows about, this is the cd for you...some others to look into...hasan salaam, billy woods, phoenix orion, broady champs, thirstin howl and scaramanga. PEACE.

Under The Underground.......2005-10-18

Freestyle formerly of the ARSONIST crew drops his first solo record and believe me it does not dissapoint. Seriously to many people have been sleeping on this cat for too long, case in point their are only three reviews for this album. Lyricly FS spits some very dope but inconsistent lines that plant his feet firmly in the rap game as a criminally underappreciated lyricist. for instance the song "Methods of Madness" where he spits the line "I suggest yall stick with safe sex and go ---- yourself " this is pure lyrical genious. Sadly some of the other songs on the album are not up to par with this material but overall I give the lyrics a 4/5. The only way I can describe the music is to say that if you are a fan of New York Hiphop you will Probably Love this. Production on a few tracks is handled by DJ Noize who suprisingly sounds like DJ Premier the rest of the CD sounds like something Rhyme Sayers could have produced. The Music is very fluid and original and there is really only one track that I dislike. If you enjoy gritty, Funky, and Lyricly steady Hiphop their is no doubt in my mind that you will feel the dopeness in this release 4 MICS

Freestyle was smart when decided to do his solo thing, after being a member of the Arsonists. This is truly how he shines! This album has not left my cd player yet... definite heavy rotation! Not only is Freestyle an amazing performer, but he definitely knows how to deliver a solid album. Check him out yall, and spread the word. Support real hip hop!! Five mics...

Finally, an album that's hot from beginning to end..........2004-07-28

A few of my friends and I went to see FS live, and we were so blown away, that as soon as this album came out, we ordered it.

We were not dissapointed.

The beats are tight as can be, and FS shines on the tracks.
"Carry On" and "Me vs 2 DJ's" are just crazy.

This is an album that won't dissapoint.

This album is hot!!!!!! Freestyle formely of the Arsonits drops bombs. For all indie rap fans this will be a classic. Please buy this album. It is as good as "As the World Burns"
