The Most well produced, well performed, energetic, lively album of 2001! Any and all of these words have been used to describe Kotzev's Nostradamus, but what about sexy?

This is by far the sexiest album of 2001.

With the duet involving Allanah Miles, to Sass Jordan, to the squeally guitars, nothing grips the heart quite like this.

"I have the power to open all doors!"

Indeed including the one to my heart.

"Who needs you Nostradamus? Who needs your predictions of madness?"

    Indeed who does?

You owe it to yourself to pick up this album. Get a copy for your friends and family as well.

    5 out of 5 stars Nikolo Kotzev - Nostradamus.......2001-06-17

Nikolo Kotzev has impressed me several times with his albums under the Brazen Abbot moniker. People like Göran Edman, Joe Lynn Turner, Glenn Hughes and the ex-Europe members John Levén, Ian Haugland and Mic Michaeli have been involved in this project on several occasions. All big names, which provided these releases with great class. No wonder that Nikolo chose to work with these individuals again on his biggest project up to now: Nostradamus. Not only that, he added much respected musicians like Alannah Myles, Sass Jordan, Jorn Lande and Doogie White to the line up as well. And let's not forget a thirty-five piece symphonic orchestra. As the title says the album deals with the life and times of the famous visionary Nostradamus who forecasted events like WWI and II as well as a third one and ultimately the end of the world. Every singer plays a character in the story: Allannah Myles is Anne Cemelle, Nostradamus' wife, Sass Jordan is Catherine, Queen Of France, Göran Edman is the Ghost, Glenn Hughes is Henry II, King Of France, Jorn Lande the Inquisitor, Joe Lynn Turner plays Nostradamus and Doogie White is the Storyteller, while the choir plays both the People and the Inquisition. I've listened to more than a few rock operas in my life, but the huge all-star line up alone makes this one very special. It's just plain fabulous to hear Jorn Lande, Joe Lynn Turner and Allannah Myles together in one song. Or Turner and the mighty Glenn Hughes. And you'll hear it all on Nostradamus! It took Nikolo four years to complete this ingenious piece of music. In fact he planned to release it about a year ago, but it's been worth the extra year of waiting, I can assure you that. Musically Nostradamus has everything that people who are heavily into Deep Purple and Rainbow, as well as the Brazen Abbot albums, will love because it brings you exactly that kind of music and more. It'll take you several listens to get into the album, but it deserves just that. It's hard for me to really point out my favorite tracks on the album, as I think the album should be listened as a whole. Songs like Henriette, World War II and III and I'll Remember You have just this little extra something compared to the rest, though so if I had to choose I think I would stick to those four. But the overall class on this album is so high that I can't say anything less than that Nostradamus is an essential album for fans of Classic European Hardrock.

5 out of 5 stars Just setting the 'record" straight.......2006-09-20

Having scanned the other reviews for this disc,I felt it only fair to dispel a misleading point that was made.Love it or hate it(I'm firmly in the love it column)NOSTRADAMUS is most definitely 99% a KAYAK production. The songs are all either Scherpenzeel-Linders,or Koopman, the music is all played by the band, only some of the vocals are farmed out to guest singers,as on most rock operas.Though I must admit, the subject matter seems rather thin and undramatic for a 2-disc,110 minutes of music,KAYAK pulls it off by taking an unusual critical and humorous look at the astrologer.Former KAYAK lead singer Edward Reekers commentary,as the Monk,is especially hilarious.Besides all this, the music rocks like very little Prog-rock you've ever heard...also,there are no fewer than 6 or 7 of the trademark beautiful melodies Kayak fans have come to expect from Mr. Scherpenzeel(sample:the almost Gregorian "Secret Study" and all versions of "Seekers of Truth").If you liked the full, theatrical version of "Merlin",you will probably love this as it is more fully realized, and chock full of KAYAK's quirky Prog-rock.

      1 out of 5 stars BUYER BEWARE.......2006-01-24

Listening to Kayak music has been a great joy of mine for over 30 years. The band has never disappointed - until now. Because of the nature of this stage production, the release should NOT be credited to the band itself, although they contribute. Please do NOT start here if you wish to discover the band - try "Royal Bed Bouncer" or the first two. I regret feeling so strongly as to post this review. The band is phenomenal - "Nostradamus" is not.

5 out of 5 stars An absolute masterpiece..........2005-11-24

After their Merlin - Bard of the Unseen album in 2003, they promised a next album in 2005 (on their website). I expected a lot from it, because they only let me down once, and I knew it wouldn't happen again. And then I saw it in the store, I bought it right away. I had months of fun with this album. It's a double disc, both very emotional. And, surprise: Edward Reekers, their lead singer on Ruthless Queen is back! This album is very good and I highly recommend it to other Kayak-fans, don't think, just do it! I'm not rating the list, there are too many songs with talking (Monk's Comment 1,2,3,4 and 5), but it's just very good. Definitively a masterpiece...

5 out of 5 stars A Progressive Rock Gem! Nostradamus - Book of Prophecies, So.......2004-05-21

The consummate prog-rock album Nostradamus - Book of Prophecies might never have been made except the people at Progfest convinced Solaris to reform and be the headline band at Progfest 1996 in Los Angeles. Their performance at Progfest was so fulfilling that the members decided to formally reunite Solaris and dedicate themselves to the recording of a new studio album. The slightly Camelish music with lots of fantastic flute playing got the band kudos wherever they went.

The band's interest into the paranormal led them to Nostradamus who eventually became the subject of their next studio album. Unfortunately this album had to be recorded without founder member guitarist Cziglan Istvan who succumbed to a terminal disease in December 1998. He is still featured in a portion of the album, though I know not where. This album is dedicated to his memory,

      Nostradamus - Book of Prophecies

Now let's get to the actual music, which is why I was reticent to take on this endeavor. I suppose Nostradamus should be considered an instrumental, though there are choirs singing throughout, in Latin however, not in English. I further suppose the music which is classified as Progressive Rock is indeed Progressive Rock, though at times it does sound like a little of many styles including New Age. How does one describe music that changes extremely not only from song to song but within songs? How does one describe songs that vacillate from Hawkwind to Therion, to Jethro Tull, to Enigma and all the time remain beautiful and intriguing? How indeed?

"Book of Prophecies", the three part twenty minute plus extravaganza has basically the same refrain with different deliveries from simple to complex, from prog rock to operatic. Part I is a short piece predominantly new age sounding with native sounding voices then the the choir followed by a flute and a didjeridoo segueing into the thirteen minute eclectic part II. It is mostly symphonic almost operatic sounding with interludes of contemporary
and new age using a plethora of uncommon instruments and chants. This music is never obtrusive, instead it's melody enfolds and embraces the listener, leading to a state of bliss. Part II seems to stop several times, each time injecting a new element into the mix, ending mildly chaotic. Part III is strongly progressive. It begins slowly and builds slowly with the flute, which has a large part throughout the album leading the way followed by strong guitar work and keyboards(synths)

In the "The Duel," flute and Hammond duel it out in a rather mild manner, picking up the pace only in the second half in yet another version of the original refrain. The next song "The Lion's Empire" builds up suspense with light flute and guitar playing leading to a straight rock interlude interspersing with a strong Progressive sound. The sixth track, "Wings Of The Phoenix", is like a battle of instruments with the flue and the guitar seeming to take the lead. Strong performances by guitar and synths lead to a great finish.

"Ship Of Darkness" another heavy progressive flute driven number, projecting mysterious images. The eighth song "Wargames" has a similar melody that was used in J.C. Superstar (I think it's actually an old Jewish melody) done progressive style, interspersed with simulated(I hope) machine gun fire and chanting of War Games. It ends with a military marching band playing to war sounds, before fading out.

Finally we get to "The Moment Of Truth" a fairly pleasant easy going song featuring our choir and some nice flute/guitar work in two parts. "Book of Prophecies (Radio Edit)" the last track is a condensed reprise of the three part beginning. Actually a great way to finish.

Summary: This is one of the best Progressive Rock albums I have ever heard. An essential album for Prog-Rock collectors.

5 out of 5 stars Another Masterpiece from the East!.......2001-10-02

When I think about the words 'symphonic prog' Solaris is the first band that comes to my mind. In my opinion, the suite Marsbeli kronikak is the best instance to match those words. 8 years after the good -but not excellent- 1990 album, Solaris put out another masterpiece. You can feel the band's maturity in every aspect: cover and graphic production, the sound is crystal clear, the music itself has developed to different paths. The formula is almost the same, with amazing moog passages, Atila Kolar's sweet flute, heavy distorted guitars, and a excellent new drummer. Prog heads, symphonic prog lovers, this is a must have for you!
Dont listen to any other stuff, just pick it up... see ya

5 out of 5 stars Solaris does it again.......2000-09-18

In progressive rock, this is an excellent band with an original twist in the music and in using intruments. Martian chronicles is mostly instrumental, but here on Nostradamus they use voices sparingly and in an excellent way. Personnaly, I think its as good if not better. Music is a universal langage and their voices are just superb even though not in english, the flute is just marvelous and one never tires of listening to this album with guitars and an excllent melody. We need more from this band.

4 out of 5 stars Quite good... but not up to the previous efforts.......1999-07-30

Instead of 'Nostramus', it's 'Nostradamus', of course...

After a long hiatus, Solaris issued a new album... amd while the sound remains similar to the previous albums, this one fails short of the fantastic 'Marsbéli krónikák' or the double album '1990'. It's not that this would be bad, just I don't feel as much cohesion and creativeness like on the earlier albums. Still, I'm very glad that they actually came out with something new - if you liked their previous works, get this one, it's worth a listen.

      Album Description

In 1998 Nikolo started working on his most recent project „Nostradamus“ which is a rock opera. The music and the main concept have been written, produced and arranged by himself. It is a fascinating combination of powerful rock music mixed with orchestral elements involving a full blown symphonic orchestra. It features a selection of internationally very well respected rock voices. The concept is based on the life and prophecies of the predictor Nostradamus who lived in the 15th century and it describes his predictions such as war, religions, the Inquisition, etc. .

Nostradamus is an extraordinary, very well crafted piece of art which is convenient for the new millennium and which will make a remarkable difference. A script for live / stage performances is already in the making, the ultimate aim is to perform the rock opera live.

When I got this cd and listened first time it touched me so emotionally. Musicianship and vocals are amazing. This music takes you away from the ordinary. Glenn Hughes, John Lande and Joe Lynn Turner are enchiting.
Nicolo Kotzev created something which is the best any musician can achieve. Songs are beautifully played with the touch of symphony orchestra and hint of hard rock.
Can not wait for continuation of this great ROCK OPERA.
Highly recommend anyone who liked previous Brazen Abbot work but not only.

      5 out of 5 stars Highly Recommended.......2005-02-18

This is a fantastic project. An extraordinary rock opera that deserves more acclaim than it's received. It's great all the way through. Excellent song writing and excellent musical and vocal performances by an all-star line up. I feel like I'm on a magical journey when listening to this. There is good balance between hard rockin' songs, ballads, and songs that are purely classical. "Henriette" is one of the very best ballads I've ever heard. I doubt Nikoli Kotzev will ever be able to top this project, but hopefully he'll put something together that's at least equally impressive. My only disappointment is the absence of a live performance DVD. This could have made for great theater as well. This is a masterpiece.

5 out of 5 stars Nostradamus Never Predicted This One.......2003-09-14

What a great and unique cd. I bought it primarily for Joe Lynn Turner and secondarily for Glenn Hughes. I figured that even if the cd wasn't good, I'd enjoy hearing them sing. I was quite pleasantly surprised with the recording. The music is a beautiful blend of orchestra (which brings the listener into the historical era of Nostradamus) and rock/metal (which carries much of the emotion).
Now that I've listened to it many times, I have certain songs to which I gravitate. Turner and Hughes delivered, as usual. What was a surprise to me was Jorn Lande. I had never heard of this fellow (not too amazing, as I'm from the US), but his voice really affected me. Embodying the Inquisitor, he carries such hatred and anger in his voice.
The only thing that confused me a little was the chronology in the album. I felt it switched eras a little too much, but this is a minor complaint because it really doesn't affect the quality of the music at all. Overall, this is a great album. If you have an open mind, give it a shot. If you're a fan of Deep Purple, Rainbow, and/or HTP (Hughes Turner Project), definitely give it a listen.

      Nostradamus

In keeping with recent tendencies of writing reviews of foreign artists I have picked the rock opera, Nostradamus by Nikolo Kotzov. Nikolo is a guitarist and violinist who in the past has been associated with the rock groups Baltimoore and Brazen Abbot. Having one foot in rock music and the other in classical music gave Nikolo an excellent background to compose and produce a rock opera.

Nikolo was born in Bulgaria but he lives in Finland since 1989. He composed and produced this album in 2001 and it was released on Steamhammer records a division of European giant SPV.

Nostradamus is one hour and forty-one minutes long and is recorded on two discs. It consists of three Acts of which 13 tracks are on disc 1 and 8 tracks on disc 2. Nostradamus is packaged in a inch thick jewel case containing the two discs and a forty page booklet, describing the participants, with photos, listings of the various songs and lyrics along with a little history of the subject event before each song and the requisite Credits and Thank Yous.

To perform this rock opera, Nikolo supposedly recruited an all-star cast. The only one I have heard of, however, is ole "Black Velvet" herself Alannah Myles, who plays Anne Gemelle but these are European artists, afterall. Other artists are listed below:

      Joe Lyne Turner.......Nostradamus
Glen Hughes...........Henry II, King of France
Sass Jordan...........Catherine de Medici, Queen of France
      Coran Edman...........Soldier and Ghost
      Jorn Lande............The Inquisitor
      Doogie White..........Storyteller

      Band members
      Nikolo Kotzev...Guitar, violin, keyboards, percussion
      Jan Haugland....Drums
      Mic Michaeli....Organ
      Jon Leven.......Bass

The thirty-five piece orchestra was conducted by Nelko Kolarov. In addition two choirs were utilized.

Since there are twenty-one tracks and we are attempting to write a laconic review, I'll describe only those songs which I feel are the ten best songs.

"Desecration" is apparently sung by the soldier who legend has it desecrated Nostradamus' grave and was cursed for eternity. It is a catchy mid paced number with lush instrumentation including guitar work and multiple singers. Exceptional song.

"Henriette" Is a love song where Nostradamus sings to the love of his life, his future wife and mother of his two children. It is basically a slow very romantic song but it does really pick up the pace in the middle where Nikolo performs a wild violin solo. Great song

"The Eagle" Nostadamus sings about his prediction, which believe foretold the coming of Napolean. This song has a very familiar classical melody which I can't place but is very catchy. The choirs are used very nicely here and this song has a feeling resembling a couple songs from Jesus Christ Superstar.

"Inquisition" is about Notradamus being called before the Inquisitor where apparently the Queen intervenes, thus saving his life. Our mystery melody returns in this medium paced high powered number featuring three emotional singers plus the choirs. Exceptional song.

"War of Religions" after undergoing a trial for witchcraft and being persecuted, Nostradamus preceded to compose his future predictions in code. Another song that reminds me of JC Superstar. Medium slow paced blusey number with lots of different things happening. Orchestra, choirs, backing singing. Great song

"Inquisitors Rage" really a continuation of "War of Religions", different singer similar melody and presentation but slightly faster. Great song

"World War II" is about his famous World War II prediction. Classical - Operatic sounding with the full complement of choir and orchestra and guest singers in a highly melodic song. Exceptional song.

"World War III" Nostradamus predicts the coming of the Third Antichrist. A medium fast paced song with a very perky harmony, which if it wasn't for the subject matter could be top forty material.

"The End of the World" Nostradamus predicts the end of the world in 3797. Very symphonic, heavy choirs, great melodies. It's close with some other songs but this is my vote for best song.

"I'll Remember You" a very pretty romantic, highly emotional song. A very nice closing number. I can picture the curtains closing on this number. excellent song

      CONCLUSION

Nostradamus is a very good rock opera and this has some very nice songs in it. If it ever plays the stage here in Phoenix I'd definitely give if a go.

I'm not that much into rock operas, so that's why I don't sound more effusive. I tried to rate the album on the obvious quality and not let my preferences get involved.

I will say this, everything is very well put together and the cast did a fantastic job. This had some of the most emotive singing I can remember this side of Tom Englund and Joe Cocker and most of the songs had a mainstream feel which should appeal to a broad spectrum of listeners. My Final Rating 4 1/2 stars

5 out of 5 stars A Great Live Performance Filled With Genuine Classics.......2001-05-11

Recorded in 1989, this live performance is a great collection of classic Christian Death songs performed in front their devoted fans. Judging by the date and the set list, it is apparent that this tour was in support of the "Sex & Drugs & Jesus Christ" LP released around the same time, with "This Is Heresy", "Wretched Mankind", and "Erection" strategically placed in the show. Even though this was a decidedly heavy and metallic era of the band's career, the older songs form their more goth-oriented days are still performed pretty close to the originals, albeit a little simpler in places, understandably so in light of this being a live performance. "Sick Of Love", "Four Horsemen" (don't forget the lyrics, Val! he he he!!), and "Chimere..." faithfully bring you back a few years to their halcyon days of death-rock perfection. By the end of the record, you find yourself having just as much fun as the band when they were bombarded by stage-climbing fans ready to take part in the "Church Of No Return" saga. The climax, of course, has to be Gitane's soul-stirring "Golden Age" performance... especially knowing the circumstances that surrounded her leaving the band soon after. It's an unbelievable version of the track originally found on "The Scriptures", but this is just keyboard and voice, morphing into a profound and personal sonic catharsis... beautiful. In retrospect, this CD is a great documentation of this version of Christian Death. The "Valor & Gitane" era was silenced immediately after this show, in fact. This show, at the London Marquee, was the last date of the tour, and when Gitane packed up her equipment, it was to be for the last time. Ultimately, because of Gitane's immediate departure after this tour, "The Heretics Alive" is a fitting bookmark to signify the end of one era of Christian Death and the start of a new one. Finally, in addition to this CD, I strongly suggest you also track down the accompanying video of the same name for an even more complete picture of the band.

First of all, I had heard about Divine Empire before but I never really considered buying one of their CDs until I saw them live. Divine Empire was absolutely amazing live and I just had to buy their CD after seeing them alive. They are just as good in the studio as they are live. The music is ferocious, the vocalist delivers absolutely sick vocals and the music is brutal and heavy all the way throughout, with a few heavy breakdowns thrown in for good measure. If you like bands like Dying Fetus, Skinless, or pretty much any straightforward American Death Metal band, than by all means check Divine Empire out, you will not be disappointed.

        4 out of 5 stars HOLY HELL!.......2003-06-28

divine empire has returned to prove me wrong in my accusations of them being a below average death metal band. this cd is intense! 30 minutes of pure, non-stop terror. the drummer this time around is 10 times better than alex marquez, the lazy drummer that contaminated their last album with incompetence. this is an amazing release...i recommend it to all death heads. the last 2 tracks are the best.

This is a terrible album. I only recommend this to people who buy novelty records. Please don't buy this if you've never owned a Christian Death album. I highly recommend "Only Theatre Of Pain" instead.

4 out of 5 stars Bad Title; GREAT CD.......2003-01-03

Indeed, "Sexy Death God" is a rather ludicrous title for an album, especially if the artist would like their material to be taken seriously. But the title is just a strange glimpse into the grotesquely humourous world of Valor Kand and this conceptual release was the last REALLY great Christian Death album, second only to the "Atrocities" and "Wind Kissed Pictures" EPs. After some mediocre experimentation on the "All The Love/All The Hate" releases and the apocalyptic gloom of "Insanus Ultio...," Valor returns to form with a driving and solid release that is pure Gothic Rock from start to finish, with a very *slight* metallic edge. Valor's classic trademark guitar sound is in full flanged effect, with lulling bass lines and crisp precise live drumming to provide the rhythmic core. Valor's vocals are brooding and more reserved (as on the earlier releases) and Maitri's punkish howls compliment his voice nicely.

There are some devilish violin passages, at their finest on the breathtaking "Serpents Tail" and the mischevous "Temples Of Desire." Additionally, there are some subtle and tasteful orchestral and choral samples that really thicken the atmosphere and create an epic tone to the music. There are some drawbacks, the absurdity of songs like "Drilling The Hole" "Deeply, Deeply" and "Kingdom Of The Tainted Kiss" - but though the lyrics are somewhat trite and probably primarily written for shock value alone, the music is still pretty cool and more organic than most 'gothic' releases championed today. In a nutshell, they are acceptibly guilty pleasures! The reworking of "This Is Heresy" is a hit or miss - some fans like this harsher arrangement better, others prefer the claustrophobia of the original. But again, it is a good song and fits in perfectly with the well-crafted flow of this release.

This album should still be available from Cleopatra, but if for some reason it has gone out of print, it is definitely worth tracking down a used copy. For what its worth, the original Nostradamus release had very cool packaging comprised of various Pre-Raphaelite artwork and vintage erotic photography. I am not sure if the Cleopatra re-release packed the album the same way...just something for collectors to keep in mind.

4 out of 5 stars Back To Doing Their Best Work - The Beginning Of A New Era.......2001-05-11

There was a period of Christian Death's career that didn't seem to sit too well with many fans. From about 1989 until 1993, the few proper albums (except the awesome "Insanus, Untio...")that were released were a far cry from what we'd come to know and love from the gothic and death rock pioneers. The line-up was nothing resembling stable during this period - in fact, with every LP, new names were chalked up for various duties while Valor made most of the instrumentation responsibilities his own. The writing became more skeletal and one-dimensional - gone were the grand orchestrated compositions and layered, serpentine guitar melodies. Don't get me wrong, Valor is one extremely talented musician, but much of the output from this time seemed... uninspired. Basically, and perhaps this was all Valor's intent of having the music represent and compliment his bleak messages and concepts, Christian Death became simplistic. Finally, to the cheers of Valor's long-time fans, Christian Death made a triumphant return to fine form with "Sexy Death God". Although much of the record is hard-edged like the ones before it, there's a sense of substance here that wasn't really present in the few years prior. When "Kingdom Of The Tainted Kiss" comes roaring out of the speakers and sets the tone for the rest of the disk, you can immediately feel Valor's triumphant return to what he's always done best. Stylistically, Valor nodded in favor of his past success with "Heresy Act Two", a revamped version of the original from "Sex & Drugs & Jesus Christ". "Temples Of Desire", "Eternal Love", and "Upon The Sea Of Blood" definitely show the band hearkening back to much-missed gothic territory that Valor partially developed the mid-80's. Juxtaposed against the mellower aforementioned tracks are harsh, militaristic numbers that in some places border "industrial" (for lack of a better term), most notably of these is "Drilling The Hole". Finally, to round out this diverse collection are "The Serpent's Tail" and "Invitation Au Suicide" (probably my favorite single track of the CD). Both of these are decidedly death-rock with some peculiar variations, like unexpected double kick-drumming and truly heavy, sinister, plodding rhythm guitar riffing that puts anything on the "Sex & Drugs..." CD to shame. On its own, "Sexy Death God" was an absolute success. It put to rest a very shaky period of the band's career and finally established the team of Valor and Maitri as a promising and dominant partnership that, in my humble opinion, rejuvenated an entire genre with this CD and the handful that followed it in the years to come. In short, "Sexy Death God" was the start of an entirely new era of Christian Death. And instead of simply forgetting their early 90's metal-tinged output and regressing to their successful 80's style, they made a very convincing combination of the two... and as a result, made something totally new and invigorating. A job well done...

4 out of 5 stars Valor is ok again in this album.......2000-06-17

This album was just another Valor's average work Songs like "Damn you" recycled lyrics in part from another song which made them sound absolutely stupid. *BUT*, this time there were exceptions! I'm not a Valor fan. Half the time when I pick out Christian Death CDs, I take a 50 - 50 chance that it's Rozz. But I do like the songs "This is Heresy" and "Serpent's Tail". Both of them had that, one of those songs that gets your adrenaline pumping for no reason at all, qualities. Songs that do that, even if only two of them, deserve ALOT of credit. They hard extremely hard to come by. They make this cd worth the buy. I'm probably exaggerating greatly, but it's just another way of saying, those are two good songs..

        5 out of 5 stars Forbidden Fruit.......2000-01-22

In 1994 Valor returned after a two year hiatus with a collection of songs, billed by himself, as 'a deviation towards things more serpentine, whilst preparing for the year 1999'. Indeed, the themes reflected here are evident in the title of the album: Desire, Apocalypse and Religion. The beauty of decay and the lure of forbidden lust is evident at every turn. 'Sexy Death God' wallows in a decadent aura and lush instrumentation. A hitherto hidden masculinity is conveyed via snaking, tribal rhythms and rocky guitars. The violins and celli, meanwhile, are played with more expression and virtuosity than ever before. Particularly charming is the plethora of percussive diversity, not to mention the heart-rending orchestrations. This is what 'death rock' should always have been about, and it redefines the term in an archetypal fashion. Tragedy, sweetness and beauty are balanced by anger and aggression. Valor and Maitri produce a masterful ride through the human psyche. One of the greatest.
