Tim is a freak!.......2000-08-14

This is 'Like a Tim's fourth full length album released on the great Rephlex label. This 19-track (75min) album stuffed with freaky - but interesting - electronica! Along the lines of Bogdan Raczynski (highly recommended) 'Like A Tim' makes music that makes you laugh... He simply uses sounds and sound patterns that are funny. It's music that some weird alien acoustics scientist (?) might have crafted. Some of the tracks tend to be a bit annoying, though, and it's too 'soft' for my taste - meaning that it's so slow that I don't feel like dancing at all. Still it's hilarious.
