About the Artist
I come from Nigeria, West Africa. I graduated in 1995 with a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology Lagos Nigeria. I am currently working on my second degree in Computer Science from Rutgers State University New Jersey. I love to sing, play indoor games, love to travel and meet people. It ended with Songs of Praise because we asked and we beleived that God answered our prayers. The label also addresses the prayers we foreigners ask from God. "Irewa" "meaning our fortune",originated from the Yoruba dialect in Nigeria, West Africa. As we all labor in USA and the rest of the world , our prayer is that the fruit of our labor in a foreign land must follow us back to our individual countries

African Music.......2001-05-03

I have listened to different African music, by different artist, but this album "Ranmilowo" surpasses them all. Though there are only 8 tracks, the contents of those tracks spoke to my heart, as well as my soul, probably because I am fortunate to understand the language. There are also tracks that are written in the English Language which will uplift any listener. The sounds and instruments used in the production of the music are wonderful. I'll recommend this album to anyone who wants to hear the original African Contemporary Gospel Music. I love the album, especially the track "Irewa". The contents of the music envisages dancing, praising and worshipping God. The artists, has done a good work, to compose all these musical talents into one album. It was worth listening to and I already have one for my library.
