KICK A** TRANCE Music........2004-10-14

I always heard this 'trance' music in a few nightclubs in the big cities but never knew how to get a hold of this kind of music before. I was REALLY glad to find this out of print cd. This music is really well done and hooked up together but not so overly blended that you can't tell the difference between tracks. The cd didn't slow down one bit and it just 'smacked' me around like crazy. If you like trance, this is a MUST for trance enthusiast.

Trance-a-licious!.......2002-07-20

Always a fan of the "Logic Trance" series, I stumbled across this one while listening to Spinner.com--the first cut by DJ Taucher called "Science Fiction". I am a sucker for a well-placed voice sample, and the aggressive, pounding trance heartbeat is hypnotic. Overall, this CD rarely leaves my CD player, or my laptop. Well worth it!

Great pumpin' trance.......2001-03-17

This is one of the best trance compilations I've ever heard. Victor Dinaire establishes his theme with the humorous Science Fiction and continues riffing on that theme all the way though. His transitions are seamless and he's woven together some truly beautiful music. If I had to criticize, the only thing I could say is that he hasn't really given us a chillout track on this CD, it just pumps all the way at about 146 bpm. But that's not a minus in my book. This is definitely the best of the Logic Trance CDs. I've heard that Victor Dinaire is working on a new album with some original material. If the selections on this disc are any indication of his taste in trance, I'm keeping my eye out for it. Buy this thing. You won't regret it.

I really enjoyed this first compilation by Victor Dinaire. He has made excellent transitions in moving the tracks in together melodically. Eclectic selections of tracks as well as diversity. I recommend this cd to anyone who enjoys trance. This is the by far the best in the series of Logic Trance. Hope to hear more from this new artist in the future.

Start off by napping for tracks 1-5, instrumental and boring tracks. Wake up a little for Robbie Rivera's "Bang," and finally, find a hint of euphoria in the 11 minute cut of Bobby, featuring trancey synths and mellow yet attitude-filled female vocals. Gloria Gaynor is in the mix-supposedly. Question is, where are the vocals? Moby's track is lame, Who Am I is played to death, 5 Below 0, more dulling instrumental. Some vocal returns for Shiftie, a wind down track. And the final track is a mellow-dramatic vocal track. This disc is nearly all filler. Pass on it. Track times:
