Dub Magic will be reviewed in the Beat magazine some time early this year. The Beat is the world's largest reggae magazine. All other labels and distributors/stores that have it give it awesome reviews. I don't think there is any one who would not enjoy this release. After all it is Dub Magic!!

Dub Magic is a fine example of a very specialized form of music: London Dub, or UK dub. This music blends the beats and message of modern dance music with the sweet sounds of reggae music. It is a very popular form of music on the underground/dance music circuit. It is still relatively unknown about elsewhere in America. However, around the rest of the world UK dub is extremely popular, even mainstream in some areas of Europe. Zion's Gate Records has been dedicated to changing this phenomenom for the last two years. I have been this countries leading importer of London Dub. I have amassed a catalog of hundreds of titles, many of which no other distributor in the country has. I am very willing to change this however. I have lived in Seattle for over three years now and am very proud to have released such a strong debut album, here in my favorite city. The music of dub magic speaks for itself. Everyone who has heard it is in love with the magic.

The remix "Magic Carpet Ride" is by Philip Steir and is available on the soundtrack from the movie "Go". Of course, we have modified it slightly for the commercial.

It had to be someone from Wisconsin to help find the remix version of the Steppenwolf classic "Magic Carpet Ride." (Thanks to Manitowoc) Philip Stier took the original added a bit, subtracted a bit and came up with the most slammin' remix I have ever heard. Can't give this CD it's due instead GO right now to the GO soundtrack...

      After their highly acclaimed debut lp, the roots reggae classic "Daniel In the Lion's Den," the UK duo Alpha and Omega became entrenched in the UK dub scene, which features other excellent artists, such as Jah Shaka.

      Now, many years later, Alpha and Omega are the undisputed leaders of the UK dub scene (at least in my mind), and this album is a great example why.

      Blending in traditional dub phrasings with their unique styles makes for a wonderful dub album. Solid rhythms make this lp danceable and a joy to listen to.

      A great way to introduce yourself to the UK dub scene, Alpha and Omega are the way to go.

      This a great dub album. The latest from the dub duo Alpha & Omega, this album has an amazing sound too it which is both rythmic and somewhat melodic. This album breaks new ground and at the same time stays true to classic dub rhythms and beats. A must for any dub fan or anyone who appreciates reggae in general.
