Songwriting duties are shared by Simone and Lynne, with frequent switching between guitar, bass, and vocals. Simone started Tartufi in Summer 2001. Soon after attending Tartufi's first show, Lynne started playing with Tartufi. Simone and Lynne have played music for the past 3 1/2 years.
