Magnificent EuroDance, EuroTrance, and Pop album.......2002-05-10
The predominant album style is HI ENERGY DANCE mixed with some TECHNO and TRANCE. Songs on the album that fit into this category are "Living a Lie", "Walk on Water", "Never Again", and "Land of the Living". These are very powerful Eurodance productions. They pick you up and make you fly. All songs on the album have a very distinct and beautiful melody, supplemented with BEAUTIFUL, EMOTIONAL, and POWERFUL female (sometimes male) vocals.
If you are a fan of Eurodance performers like E-TYPE, TESS, or SOLID BASE this album is a MUST HAVE for you. If you like trancey music, such as IAN VAN DAHL(Castles in the Sky), FRAGMA, or DJ ENCORE, you should definitely get this album.
"Don't Cry" and "For No Reason" are slower dance songs that have some R&B sound (MUCH MUCH BETTER than R&B that gets produced in U.S. by artists like Usher, Destiny's Child or Janet Jackson).
"Sweet Surrender" is a beautiful TRANCE song that features beautiful male vocals of Tony Hadley. All you MODERN TALKING fans will FALL IN LOVE with this one.
"Midnight in Africa" is a BEAUTIFUL INSTRUMENTAL trance number. "Time has Stood Still" has some male vocals, but mostly it is instrumental. "Loosing Love" is an AWESOME EURODANCE/POP/TRANCE song that even features some male rap.
Quality of music on this album is tremendous, and it is a must have for anyone who likes music with good melodies and beats...This album guarantees satisfaction to all DANCE, TRANCE, POP, and TECHNO music fans. Buy this album, get ready to dance, and ENJOY. Thank You.

THE AMAZING SONG EVER.......2004-10-19
Maybe I shouldn't be rating this...............2001-09-04
But I can tell you this much: there are some (very rare) cases when pop is indeed enjoyable. This is one of them. 'Livin' a Lie', which I heard played on the radio in Europe, is very well-made, with riveting mixing and amazing vocals. Whoever the chanteuse here is, she has a beautiful voice, fine-grained and lovely.
This was a very enjoyable single, and I give it my warmest recommendation.
