Good sampler for a start.......2000-06-21

This CD has good tracks from otherwise no more available longplayers of Ashra/Manuel Goettsching (mainly guitar and synthesiser). The tracks are very moody and never trashy. Only the editing leaves much to be desired...

Ashra at its best.......1998-11-13

This is an excellent musical combination of solo Manuel and the band Ashra. The music comes after the early growing years of the band, and is filled with classic electronic/guitar energy. It covers the full scale, from mellow solo offerings to very dynamic guitar work backed by energetic cutting edge electronics. This is a must have, because it brings together the music from several albums that are no longer available and it is a major turning point for Manuel and the band. Check it out!!.

If you haven't listened to the new Journey Inwards album by LTJ Bukem- you are missing out on some of the smoothest sounds in quite some time. Although known for his prominence on the jungle and atmospheric drum n' bass scene, LTJ Bukem, moves to northern soul grooves and steady loops. The vocal work by Eliot is an old school r'n'b dream. The remixes featured on this single are a flashback to some of the best summer memories ever. The Fish Remix brings this smooth downtempo track- to the dancefloor level which will make the summer of 2000 the best one ever!
