Where has this artist been? His style of Flamenco/Spanish guitar is terrific. We have purchased another copy of Sedona Sun so that my wife can keep one in her pre-school class. Even the one year olds know great music when they hear it. I certainly hope to hear more of this artist soon!

I first heard Greg Reiter perform live in lovely Sedona a few years ago.
I was so amazed with his talent and knew one day he would make it big!
I couldn't believe what he could do with his guitar. I was further blown away when I learned that he actually writes his own music! I loved his music so much that I purchased a few of his Sedona Sun CDs and gave them out as holiday gifts to my friends and clients. After their feedback, I begged Greg for an interview and the opportunity to share his music with my community. He performed live on our community show which broadcast to 4 cities. Our show ratings went up sky high and our community loved his music!

Since then, Greg has enriched and serenaded our town and surrounding cities with the music from Sedona Sun. Since the show aired Greg's music has been demanded and requested in our community. He has performed in our cultural festivals, community concerts and special events. I NEVER KNEW HOW GOOD FLAMENCO/JAZZ COULD BE. I BOUGHT ONE; LISTENED AND LOVED IT. SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE SO I COULD HAVE ONE IN MY CAR AND ONE FOR WHEN I FLY. IT MAY NOT SOUND LIKE A POSITIVE STATEMENT BUT I ENJOY LISTENING TO IT WHEN I AM IN THE AIRPORT AND ON THE PLANE. IT IS SOOTHING AND INVERGERATING. ONE OF THE MY FRIENDS SAID SHE & HER HUSBAND LOVED IT, BUT BEST OF ALL THEIR 4 MONTH OLD JAMMED OUT TO IT IN HER DOORWAY BUNGEE CHAIR.

    Compiler Zenobia Simmons selected her favorite new female rappers from the mid 1990s and ended up with an inconsistent but occasionally dazzling selection of underground hits, curious guest shots, middling poetry, and spectacular verbal pyrotechnics. Bo$$'s jugular-ripping "Deeper" and Mia X's "Payback II" are savage bad-girl spiels, mobbin' as steady as anyone else you can name. But where the disc shines is in its digging up of little-known tracks--particularly from the San Francisco area and out-of-the-way scenes--such as the Project Blowed jam "Heavyweights Round 2" and a salvaged treat from Sha-Key's barely known album.     I't real cool when one can listen to an album where their all women. This is about women using the hip-hop culture as a positive outlet to be expressive and voice their views on politics, love, family, s*xism, racism, basically all the "isms".

    I really enjoy listening to Orange Alert. Other than the great jazzy NU grooves, it's clever and fun. It brings up questions, and makes me think without telling me what to think. My favorite tunes, Baghdad Christmas, Millenium Sunrise and Missing. Definitely a good value, I recommend this CD to anyone hungry for substance and quality music.

          Album Description

          Calling their sound "new directions in beats, jazz and exotica", Novabeats Sound System drops some serious new beats come from legendary beatmaster John Lehmkuhl, the "Skippy" behind the "Skippy's Big Bad Beats" drum loop CD, used on countless music projects all over the world. New directions in jazz run throughout the record, most notably the Jaco-like track from MJ Project. And new directions in exotica come from Kathie Talbot's Latin fantasies and Cavestar's homage to Les Baxter, simply called "Baxter".
