Ronan takes well known songs and sings them with tender emotions. It's like having a collection of your favorite love songs all on one CD sung by someone with a soothing familiarity that resembles the feeling you have when you're with your best friend. A wonderful CD for the road.

I liked a lot of these songs. Ronan's music is not for people who hate pop or ballads, (although I do but I still love his music...not sure why). Ronan has a great tone to his voice, but never really seems to have strength. Not sure why, neither he does not have strong pipes but more likely is seems he holds back to give his music a soft love song sound. The only problem with this CD is a few of his best songs were not hits, so they are not on this CD. She Believes (in me) is the best song on this CD by far. The Long Goodbye is also a great Ronan style balled. Its so weird that I like his music because I only like Hip-Hop and R&B. Maybe his music is just so good that I like it regardless of its genre.

I like Ronan Keating for the fact that he is a very average singer but makes the best of what he has..!!! He is good at 'middle of the road ' pop music, that does not put any great demand on the vocal chords...There are some good pop tunes here, like 'Life is A Rollercoaster', 'Lovin' Each day', and some nice ballads like 'Last Thing on My Mind' (with Leanne Rimes) and 'When You Say Nothing at All'...It's all rather bland and uneventful for me. Nice background music that will not ask anything of the listener, but at the same time, gives very little in return.

Straight outta Ireland, Ronan gives us his greatest hits CD, and what a treat it is! For once, we now have all his singles on one fabulous CD! This is great pop music; none of that pompous classic rock garbage. I see the future of pop music, and his name is Ronan!

    Great CD. His best by far (not including his 4th studio album "take you home" because i have not heared the one yet). He moves away from light and fluffy pop melodies and turns to a more pop/rock sounds with great results. The title track is great, and I Wouldn't Change A Thing is one of his best songs. Even the lyrics are better. Finally Ronan made the CD i knew he could. BRAVO!

    He was the heart and soul of Boyzone and since the break-up of the band has translated his success into his solo career. Following in the steps of Robbie Williams,Rob Thomas,Justin Timberlake---all of whom segregated themselves from their respective boybands and became highly accomplished solo artists---Ronan Keating has created a unique style for himself and "Turn It On" typifies the genius in this fantastic singer.

    The best song in the album is undoubtably "She Believes (in Me)" as the solo artist's ability to sing a quiet melody underlined by a sullen hope is vividly portrayed in this song. The video too is touching and is bereft of any unnecessary bright pictures. The duet with LeAnn Rimes in the song "Last Thing on My Mind" is brilliant but the other one "Let Her Down Easy" is a disappoinment and "Best of Me" would have had more richness of emotions in it had it been sung by a much more serious and less flambuoyant vocalist.

    On the whole, the CD is great but not as great as a fan of Boyzone or Ronan Keating would have aclaimed. Not the best of Ronan Keating anyhow.

    I've been listening to Ronan's songs since Boyzone. He is going a quite different style than when he was in the Boyzone group and I do like it better now.
    It's hard to judge this CD or Ronan's Albums. Like it or not, it depends on how much you can get out of the music. I have all his albums. And I was always disappointed when I first listened to them. I guess I was looking for some fast pace commercial songs like those of BSB or Britney Spears. But as I listened to them over and over again, that feeling changed. It is very hard to describe it but I guess I should say I gradually liked them better and enjoyed them.
    In my opinion, this CD deserves a 3.5 score. It's definitely not the best album of Ronan (by the way, his first album "Ronan Keating" would definitely be the best) but it's different.
    For people who are new to Ronan, I would recommend listening to some of his previous songs (or the ones in this album) first. Then decide whether you wanna buy it or not.

    I LOVE this artist and can't get enough. He is my favorite male vocalist, along side of James Brown, Marvin Gaye and Kenny Rogers. Ronan has such a rich voice that adds so much depth, which allows him to remake songs from artists like Kenny Rogers and Garth Brooks. It is rare to find a male vocalist these days that has such an attractive, unique voice, who appeals to the broad-minded music lover. I never knew about Boyzone, but first heard Ronan on the Notting Hill movie. I caught his new collaboration with Leann Rimes and LOVED it so much. You can catch this video on Launch from the (US)Yahoo website. I have also been pushing my radio station to play some tracks from this album, but they are somewhat abhorrent to playing anything that is from across the pond. I won't give up though. Please buy this album, you will be glad you did and call your local radio station and let them know you want to hear it.

    I had never heard of Boyzone, but I am a hardcore rock and country music fan, so when I first heard Ronan's interpretation of Keith Whitley's "When You Say Nothing at All," I fell in love. Ronan must be a country fan as well, as evidenced by his renditions of Garth Brooks' "If Tomorrow Never Comes," and Kenny Rogers' "She Believes in Me." The rest of his songs are equally great, including his new duet with LeAnn Rimes.

    I first heard Ronan sing as a solo artist on the Notting Hill Soundtrack. "When You Say Nothing At All" actually brought tears to my eyes. Ronan has one of the most, extraordinary voices to come along in a long time. I am trying to think of someone I can compare Ronan to, however off the top of my head the only other artist that makes me feel the same way when I listen to her music is a young Barbra Streisand. His voice is very smooth and rich sounding and hopefully it will only get better with age. I also own a couple of the Boyzone CD's, of which Ronan is a member. I hope he continues with a solo career because it's a shame his voice is hidden amongst other group members. I saw an Elton John interview where he highly praised Ronan. That's about as good as it gets!! The U.S. is definitely ready for more Ronan CD's. Hopefully, with more support in the U.S. the prices of the imports will decrease. However, he is definitely worth paying extra to hear.

    When searching for music for my wedding 3 weeks ago I was listening to the Notting Hill soundtrack - again and was struck completely mesmerized by the rendition of Ronald Keatings, "When You Say Nothing At All". I sang that very song to my wife at our wedding and everyone loved it - including my wife. I took all of my cues from Ronald's style. I have since heard Allison Kraus's rendition and not liking C&W very well it did not appeal to me the same way that Ronald Kraus's version did. His style is so warm and soothing whereas Allison's is so twangy with her country style. I realize that Ronald is also a country artist but he can be entertaining to all venues. The entire Notting Hill CD has some wonderful titles on it and I highly recommend it.

    I was familiar with the Alison Krauss version of this song...and I liked it, it was very beautiful. But Ronan Keating made this song mesmerizing for me when he graced his beautiful voice with it. Every note this man sings comes deep from his heart and his soul. The Irish touch in this song also made it special. Let's face it, Alison Krauss' version of this song hardly went anywhere except for the country music charts here in the states. Ronan took this song international, and he did it beautifully and professionally. Ronan's unique voice is an absolute treasure. What's a travesty it that this man is not more well known here in the states. But if he has to be my wonderful secret, that's fine with me.

    Ronan Keating's torturous rendition of "When You Say Nothing at All" is simply one of the most horrendous musical travesties I have ever had the misfortune of hearing. As if Keating's performance was not bad enough already, it sounds especially awful when compared to the definitive recording of this song by Alison Krauss. Krauss' beautiful and mesmerizing version of this song is undoubtedly one of the most perfect pop recordings in history. Why a sadly untalented hacker like Keating would want to re-record and absolutely ruin such a wonderful song is beyond me. Whereas Krauss' ethereal voice wraps around each note and drives it straight through your heart, Keating's moaning sounds like what you might hear at 2 A.M. from a drunk in a really cheesy karaoke bar. Had the producers of the movie "Notting Hill" used Krauss' version of this song, they would have succeeded in creating one of those sublime movie moments that remains a classic for years to come. Instead, they ruined an otherwise good scene, and delivered the coup de grace to an already horrible soundtrack. If this is a sign of things to come, Keating should ride his pretty-boy bubblegum band (Boyzone) as far as it can go, because his solo career is a disaster right out of the gate.

        Ronan Keating, 10 Years Of Hits - Great new album from Ronan Keating, hard to believe he's been in music for 10 years now. So many hit records to his name, both solo and with Boyzone. He's included three songs from that early part of his career which have been re-recorded especially for this album, one of them, Father & Son, has been recorded as a duet with Cat Stevens. All his single hits are here, together with his latest single, I Hope You Dance. There's also a brand new song called Somebody Else. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes classy pop.

        It said it would be shipped within 2 weeks (which was bad enough. That was a month ago, and the recent update said it will not ship for another month. With that kind of aggravation, I should have just taped the damn song off the radio!

        I purchased this single a few months back. I never heard it until the song was probably old. I can't figure out why it never made a bigger impact in the US. I still listen to it. It's a real "feel good" song! You can hear it on "Summer Catch" starring Freddie Prinze Jr. at the end of the movie. The flip side is on Notting Hill.

        When you first listen to Ronan's, Lovin Each Day, you'll love it. It's a great formula to success, and probably will work. The problem is the album it supports. "Ronan" is full of many soft, terribly produced songs excluding the albums UK singles, "Life Is A Rollercoaster", "The Way You Make Me Feel" and this one. There are only a couple more tracks that are even worth listening to. So unless the album dramatically changes, just buy the single. That's all you need.

        This debut single from Ronan Keatings first American solo LP is just about as perfect a song as can be. Great hook, great production, and Ronan's distinctive and, yes, great voice. Unless they have dramitically changed the CD for the US release, this song is definitely the standout track on a rather sleepy album. This is a must have. Great B-side, When You Say Nothing At All, as featured in Notting Hill with Julia Roberts.

        I couldn't resist buying this single as I anticipate the album coming out in summer. I have the UK album and it is the greatest. Boyzone and all their offspring (Ronan, Stephen Gately, Mikey Graham) are terrific always! This song is a winner! Comes with "When You Say Nothing At All" from "Notting Hill."

        I can't wait for him to get to the USA. The first time I heard him was from a friend that brought some of her CD'S from England. I was impressed. He has a great voice. She also brought the Boyzone Group. Ronan was head singer and it was also great. This is worth a listen. I have to have the CD for myself. I believe she said he was from Ireland. I hope to hear alot more from him and Boyzone. 5 stars

        We first heard of Ronan off of Elton Johns One Night Only dvd.We liked his voice alot. We then found out he was some big superstar in Europe. The album itself is great. The music and the lyrics are first rate. Very upbeat and slightly romantic. The VCD is a plus. Very fun to watch. Wonder if Ronan will ever come to the USA. He should. I know with that kind of musical talent he would be a big hit over here as well. The album is well worth the money!

        I think this cd set is fabulous!! Ronan has a really soft-marvelous voice and every song is just lyrically and musically great!! Getting the bonus vcd is a super plus, The four videos are a pleasure to watch. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes this type of soft and romantic yet upbeat have fun type music.

        A fantastic CD. Listened to it in Europe and bought it as it was so full of energy and great music. Ronan has grown with this album, even better than his previous, 'Ronan' CD. All of the tracks are excellent, and the cover of 'We've got Tonight' is one of my favourite tracks. His best yet and I can hardly wait for another one.
