On Made 4 U Jackie is joined by Shane X. Conry (who co-produced their #1 ranking Billboard remix of Madonna's "Nothing Fails" to 26 weeks on the dance sales chart); scene-stealing gender illusionist LADY BUNNY; House music pioneer KRAZE ("The Party," "I Said Shuttup") and songbird SANDY B ("Make the World Go Round," "Ain't No Need to Hide"). The CD encompasses Vocal Dance Anthems to Progressive House, Tribal Rhythms, to chill-out sessions. The end result demonstartes the musical talents and sonic influences of the duo. The album's first single, "Beautiful Day," is an inspirational and uplifting anthem featuring the vocals of Sheila Brody of Discomind, whose single "Appreciate Me" dominated dance charts in 2003 and was nominated for best dance single.     I moved to Champaign a few months ago and came across Amasong through a friend. This choir is AMAZING! I bought Amai over the summer and was stunned by their sound. Though most of the members are not "professional" musicians, they have an incredibly professional sound! I was so blown away that I went out and auditioned for the chorus and began singing with them! This is a must have for anyone who enjoys beautiful choral music!

    This album has a wonderful variety of songs in many styles and languages, sung by a chorus with a very professional sound, although they are mostly non-professional singers. Although Amasong is a lesbian/feminist chorus, you don't have to fall into either of those groups to enjoy it. Kudos to their extraordinary founder/conductor, Kristina Boerger, for her wonderful choral arrangements as well as great leadership of her group.
