An Excellent buy.......2006-08-25

I bought this set because someone on another review recommended it. I am glad I did. CD 1 has good music with lots of vocals and CD 2 is mostly music with little vocals. My favorite is CD 2 (great for long drives) but both are very good. If you like lots of dance and long CD play time this set is an excellent buy. I also bought Ritmo de Bacardi (2 CD set) when I purchased this set. Both are good buys with good music and vocals.

Came for Carmina, left with Scooter & friends.......2005-05-09

I initially bought this CD to get a raved-up version of the monkish "Carmina Burana." And while that cut (#15 on CD 1) is really good, peppered as it is with Satanic-speak, I discovered two superb Euro-dance artists: hardcore electronica beatmaster, Scooter, and trancedance pop group, Groove Coverage!

Now, I thought I HATED Euro-dance pop, but the 3 SUPERB cuts from boy-girl group Groove Coverage (#1, 3 and 8 on CD 1) made me a believer! Highly melodic and (gasp!) more-than-superficial lyrical content make you want to buy these Asian popsters full disc, "7 Years & 50 Days."

Another terrrifc find, Scooter, is well represented with 2 cuts, the best of which is "Jigga Jigga" (#10 on CD 2). I can't rave about this raver enough!

Other good finds include Starsplash and solo artist Jan Wayne ("Love is A Soldier), whose vocals are strong and supple like the Belgian lead singer of Airlock.
