About the Artist
Volume III inlcudes many of the Please Rewind And Play Again alumni and features tracks by Chris Anderson and Wes Wallace. Chris Anderson is an internationally known dj/producer that tours the states spinning techno to the masses. Occasionally, you can catch Chris Anderson doing his Live PA set which includes tracks such as "Now" available on this CD. Wes Wallace has been spinning for over 15 years now at the famous Numbers Nightclub in Houston, TX. "Hypnotic Effect 25" is very reminiscent of the early 90's sound at Numbers.

Talk about supporting your local scene! These guys consistently do a good job of putting out great music. Magic Firesheep, Papa Zero - all of them are terrific musicians with such talent for new, different, and innovative compositions! Definitely recommend this.

Great mix of talent from Texas. Magic Firesheep is the highlight of the disc for me.. Flavour is a great song, and Iceberg available on PRAPA IV is also excellent.

I love the mix of styles and there is a good mix of live PA's and mixes too. Some of my fave. tracks are by Magic Firesheep, Papa Zero/Vert. Blue, Djmmj, and Morticia Raven. My FAVE. track is #12, Now by Chris Anderson...WOW! I won't tell you how it made me feel the first time i heard it. This is a family show, right! hehe ;o)

Please rewind and play again volume 3 has some really fun tracks on it. Standouts for me included the tracks by magic firesheep and dj simplistic. Magic firesheep's track continues with his musical growth nicely and is a large step forward from his days as a mod writer. The dj simplistic track is a really nicely done track in the vein of dj shadow with it's surrounding hip hop beat. Population Zero lends a really cool song to the compilation as well and helps make the cd very worth a purchase. If you're interested at all in the houston music scene or just looking for a worthy listen with varied electronica styles on it you should pick up this compilation.
