Moscow electronica music producer, Igor Vlasov was born in the Russian city named Volgograd. His musical influences derive from Abba, Kraftwerk and various disco groups of the 1970's. In the early 1990's his passion for house music emerged and Igor Vlasov slowly developed his unique sound, blending house beats with analog minimal elements.
