His best from the 1970s and early 1980s........2006-12-15

On this CD you not only get some great tracks from Oscar's solo recordings but also some from his Dimension Latina and La Critica days. The 1970s and '80s were very prolific times for both Oscar D'Leon and the two above-mentioned bands and the hits were plentiful. If you want to hear some of Oscar's best early works this CD offers a fine (if incomplete) introduction.

This CD contains 15 hits from Oscar's late-'70s and early-'80s TH-Rodven catalog. Unfortunately, the compilation producers chose to include the single edits instead of the LP versions--thus limiting your enjoyment. Oscar has several other compilations available--all of which contain the full-length versions and are therefore better choices.
