I have to agree with Maria, this is a great album of Mariachi music. The Huerta sisters deliver a precise two-part harmony and many of the arrangements are outstanding....particularly the Norteno style cuts, in which a saxophone & accordion are added for a harmonious richness.
Further, songs like Hermosas Fuentes & Ingratios Ojos Mios, not only have the stickyness of the Mexican polka melodies but they also incorporate post-modern and blues harmonies that are intellectually gratifying. And, Falsaria is one of the most beautiful boleros I have come accross.

The album from Las Hermanas Huerta is classic and a must in any collection of great Mexican Mariachi music, the ladies harmonize and blend their voices so well it pure listening pleasure. As a child I grew up listening to their songs which created wonderful memories of my family enjoying time together, las Hermanas Huertea were part of my family. As an adult I found this album again and have created even more memories. If you like traditional wholesome Mariachi music you would love this album and any album by these timeless artists.
