This CD is the closest I've been to Yucatan (my native home)since I left 8 years ago. I enjoy listening to the sounds of the instruments used, it reminds me of my childhood and adolescent years in Yucatan, dancing "Jarana" was our family custom to this day, and now I can pass it on to my son. "Yucatan La Jarana, America Linda" is a good teaching tool for beginning and advanced stages of "Jarana" dancing. I recommend "Yucatan La Jarana, America Linda" to anyone that plans to visit Yucatan or just wants to listen to something wonderfully different.
